****Important Information***
Kindergarteners will be directed to their clubs, students in grades 1-5 will be dismissed with walkers and car riders
Parents/Guardians are responsible for reminding the students to attend their ASEP class upon school dismissal
ASEP program dismissal method for the student should be selected during the registration.
No LCPS buses are available for ASEP Dismissals
Students in CASA will be directed to CASA
Regular walkers in Grades 3-5 with parental consent will be allowed to walk home without adult presence. MSES PTO assumes no responsibility for kids released to walk home
Clubs are not run by the LCPS or the MSE school system. These are organized by the MSES PTO
No clubs on no-school days. No makeup or refunds for school closures or early dismissal (this includes snow days)
There are no refunds after January 8th. Request for transfer to another club can be made till Jan 8th (if there are spots available)
Late Pick-ups
ASEP dismissals are held promptly at 3:30, except the club says otherwise.
If the assigned caregiver is not present, parent volunteers will call the child’s contact. If after multiple calls the volunteer cannot reach a caregiver, law enforcement may be contacted in order to ensure parents are safe and the child can be cared for.
There will be a late pickup fee by PTO starting from 3:35 PM. Some vendors have an additional fee if mentioned on their site/registration
PTO LATE FEE $5 until 3:40 PM $15 till 3:50 PM $20 from 3:50 onwards
If a parent is late more than twice, the PTO has the right to take the child off the program with no refund.
Important information about ASEP
There are no ASEP classes on school holidays
Kids can bring in a quick dry snack to have before class starts. (No drinks or sticky stuff will be allowed)
Parents will need to park and step out of the car and come to the Gym door for dismissal.
If there is different dismissal point for your club you will get a separate email with that information by next week.
If a kid is going to be absent, please inform the club coach by 10:00 AM
Late pickup may result in a fine
Make sure kids have comfortable clothing for the activities they are participating in
Tennis: Kids need to bring in their own tennis racket.
Yoga: Yoga mat will be provided by the BBA club
